Experteer Overview In this Field Service Engineer role, you enable customer success by delivering on-site repair, installation, and maintenance of Lam's complex semiconductor equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform corrective actions to minimize downtime, and act as a trusted Lam ambassador at customer sites. Based in Meylan with international travel, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. This is a hands‐on, impact-driven position that combines technical proficiency with strong communication and field service excellence. Retribuzione / Benefits On-site repair, maintenance, and installation/start-up of Lam's electro‐mechanical and electronic systems at customer sites Troubleshoot, diagnose,
and isolate issues to component level; implement corrective actions to minimize downtime Stay current on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through training and certification Maintain records and coordinate activities between Lam and the customer Act as a subject matter expert representing Lam and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction Discuss opportunities and challenges transparently with customers to build trust Provide regular updates to customers on Lam tool status Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals Ability to work in a clean room with PPE Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, standing, walking, bending, and climbing Willingness to travel frequently domestically and internationally; flexible to various shifts including overtime and on‐call Graduate eligible role #J-18808-Ljbffr
