The Business Team As part of the Business Team, you’ll help businesses improve their finances with Satispay. The team owns the financial backbone: fees, payouts, invoicing, compliance, and everything in between. If a business relies on Satispay to get paid correctly and on time, our team makes it happen. What You’ll Be Doing Contribute to core platform domains: build, maintain and scale sensitive systems such as the Transaction Ledger, Identity & Access Management, or Payment Orchestration, working closely with senior engineers to keep these engines high‑performant, secure and functional for product teams. Develop risk & financial engines: implement and optimise services for bank integrations, credit risk and real‑time fraud detection, writing robust logic that protects Satispay’s source of truth. Collaborate on technical solutions: participate in technical analysis for new projects and feature developments,



engage in discussions and contribute to high‑quality documentation (Smart Papers). Drive engineering quality: write clean, maintainable code, implement rigorous testing strategies, execute safe rollouts, troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers, and promote a culture of simplicity in the codebase. Work in an AI‑powered environment: leverage AI tools daily to write and optimise code, speed up root‑cause analysis and generate documentation. Grow and collaborate: work with senior engineers to elevate your technical and architectural skills, support junior team members and help the team adopt best practices. Profile We’re Looking For At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer, with a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable microservices in fast‑paced contexts.
