Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to the growth of our clinical monitoring activities in Italy as part of a collaborative team. You will conduct site visits, verify qualifications and resources, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance. You will work across protocol-driven processes, training, and site communications to support safe and efficient trials. Retribuzione / Benefits Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites per protocol Coordinate with site staff, CR physicians, and coordinators Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, facilities, and staff Verify documentation and ensure GCP, SOP,



and regulatory adherence with protocol deviations communicated Ensure investigator enrolls only eligible subjects Regulatory document review Medical device and/or investigational product/drug accountability Verify adverse events, SAEs, concomitant medications, and related illnesses data accuracy Assess site recruitment and retention performance and suggest improvements Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters with findings and recommended actions Responsabilità Master degree in health-related field CRA certification completed as per DMC 15/11/2011 Previous experience as CRA Willing to travel up to 60-80% nationally Familiarity with Microsoft Office Fluent in English and Italian Requisiti fondamentali Flexible work environment Competitive compensation and benefits package Competitive PTO packages Structured career paths with opportunities for professional growth Company-sponsored employee appreciation events Employee health and wellness initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
