The opportunity
For our High Voltage Business Unit, based in Lodi, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a strong focus on coordinating and supporting sales activities related to the EconiQ portfolio.
In this role, you will act as a key interface between Global Product Group, local Sales organizations and customers, ensuring alignment on EconiQ solutions, value propositions, and go‐to‐market strategies. You will actively support the sales process across the assigned area, driving growth of both new and existing business, with particular attention to sustainable, SF6‐free solutions and portfolio penetration.
How You'll Make An Impact
Sales strategy, coordination & planning: support the definition and execution of the EconiQ sales strategy, in close coordination with the local and HUB Sales organizations. Participate in sales strategy discussions, agree on short‐ and long‐term goals, and contribute to the negotiation of sales.
Develop and coordinate area sales plans for the EconiQ portfolio, ensuring alignment between central strategy and local execution.
Portfolio & marketing coordination: act as a portfolio coordinator and reference point for EconiQ solutions, ensuring strong product and market knowledge within the local Sales organizations. Analyze customer needs, market trends, regulatory drivers (e.g., sustainability, SF6 phase‐out), and competitor offerings using both market intelligence and local input. Ensure effective marketing actions, including product launches, value proposition communication, and consistent messaging on EconiQ across regions.
Work with customers, specifiers, utilities, EPCs and consultants to influence technical specifications and promote EconiQ solutions at early project stages.
Sales & technical support: support OU Sales organizations and customers in defining the most technically appropriate and cost‐effective EconiQ solutions. Contribute to the preparation of complex and competitive offers, providing technical‐commercial input d
