Experteer Overview As Industrial Project Manager at Anaergia, you will drive the delivery of large‐scale plant projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and safety commitments are met. You'll coordinate cross‐functional teams, manage contracts and subcontractors, and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships to support growth and project profitability. The role sits at the core of project execution, balancing technical, commercial, and safety priorities. You will contribute to Anaergia's mission of turning waste streams into renewable energy at a global scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Interpret contractual terms to ensure compliant delivery Identify and mitigate project risks early Manage customer relationships and formal communications Oversee sub‐contractors, suppliers, and purchasing processes Lead project resources and ensure timely deliveries Organize project team, set priorities, resolve conflicts, motivate Coordinate and communicate within the project team Follow the reporting plan with timely,



data‐backed reports Create and update the project schedule regularly Support sales with contract negotiation, closure, and scheduling Handle special tasks as directed by supervisors Sign off on customer/vendor correspondence and POs within DOA limits Authorize project labor and travel budgets within DOA limits Responsabilità Technical diploma or graduation in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering Proven experience as Project Manager in Industrial Plant sector Strong contract management skills for complex plants Experience in customer relationship management and leading cross‐functional teams Ability to create and manage detailed project schedules Skilled in purchasing and procurement processes Fluency in English; mother tongue in local language Optional but beneficial: Biogas‐related knowledge Requisiti fondamentali Optional but beneficial: Biogas‐related knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
