As a PV Production Technician, you are responsible for monitoring and maintaining production equipment used in the manufacturing of flexible photovoltaic (PV) modules. The role ensures consistent product quality, stable process performance, and an efficient production flow. Our technicians work closely with production engineers, QC, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and continuous manufacturing. The position includes occasional travel.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PV production equipment to ensure stable and reliable process performance.
Monitor and verify process conditions, ensuring all systems operate within defined parameters before releasing equipment to production.
Optimize equipment and process performance by supporting engineering improvements, upgrades, and calibration activities.
Document all maintenance actions and deviations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and traceability standards.
Degree in a technical or relevant engineering field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to read schematics, maintenance manuals, and technical drawings.
Experience working with production machinery.
Willingness and ability to travel for work.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Strong teamwork and effective communication with operators and engineers.
