Role Purpose:
The Compliance Analyst will be responsible to assist the senior compliance analyst/senior compliance manager in monitoring and ensuring that the company adheres to internal policies and external regulations. This role involves conducting risk assessments, ensuring the timely onboarding of clients and assisting the team with audit checks and transaction monitoring.
The Compliance Analyst will work closely with the Senior Compliance Analyst to ensure that the Company is compliant with all applicable regulations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sanctions Analysts in conducting sanction screening as part of risks submissions
- Conduct enhanced due diligence where applicable
- Complete onboarding procedures and periodic reviews of clients/partners in line with regulatory requirements
- Assist with audit & regulatory queries
- Assist with quarterly peer reviews
- Assist with adh
