In this role, you will be trained to build relationships and arrange transactions between Marex’s clients in European power and gas.



This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual to develop expertise in energy brokerage while making a significant impact on the marketplace.
Engage in arranging transactions in energy commodities, focusing on European power & gas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including banks, hedge funds, trading houses, and corporates in the European market.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations and Technology, to support trading functions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Escalate risk events immediately
Provide input to risk management processes, as required.
Experience/knowledge of working in a regulated financial services environment with a good knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
Willingness to learn and grow in the energy trading sector.
A strong interest in sales and energy markets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
