We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Agency team. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, a passion for growing revenue, and desire to help shape and scale solutions to support and grow SMB agencies in the Italian market.
Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies in the Italian market. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions,
industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.
Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.
Experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising with a proven ability to optimize client success and revenue growth
- Proven experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience.
- High oral and written fluency in Italian and in English, is required, as the role involves direct client communication across the Italian markets served by the business
- Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders while prioritizing and managing a client portfolio, tasks, and projects within a fast paced environment
Solid knowledge of online advertising fundamentals (campaign setup, optimisation, KPIs).
