Job Overview Jobconsulting Srl seeks a Sales Area Manager for Northern Italy in the financial‐banking sector. The candidate will report to the Commercial and Market Direction Manager and will be responsible for the overall performance of the territorial area covering Piemonte, Liguria, Lombardia, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, and Emilia Romagna. Key Responsibilities Ensure the achievement of social, commercial, and risk objectives for the area, including loan disbursement to private and corporate clients, cross‐selling, credit recovery, and service provision. Lead and manage the team and branch network, focusing on the quality of credit instruction and recovery performance. Develop business in the territory by strengthening strategic relationships and creating new commercial opportunities, both directly and through branch development coordination. Guide team members toward continuous improvement through structured feedback and fostering skill development. Valorize team potential, ensuring completion of training paths and alignment with company standards.

Represent the company in the territory, maintaining consistency between mission, values, and results. Qualifications Degree in Economics or related disciplines (preferred). Minimum five years of experience in the banking or financial sector. Strong credit merit analysis skills, including knowledge of guarantees issued by the National Central Fund (MCC). Proficiency in the Office suite; knowledge of AS400 is an advantage. Excellent communicative, relational, and negotiation skills. Proven leadership in team management and development. Organizational and analytical abilities. Results‐oriented and problem‐solving mindset. Flexibility and initiative. Working Conditions Work schedule: Monday to Friday, full‐time.
