Lead the Talent Acquisition function by building and consolidating the Center of Excellence (Co E), defining recruiting processes, standards, and governance, and managing the team to support business growth and the ongoing cultural transformation.Key Responsibilities* Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, KPIs, and governance standards.* Monitor and resolve issues (e.g., hiring delays, process bottlenecks, inefficiencies),
