Experteer Overview In this role you will design and govern regional healthcare compliance training and communications to embed an integrity-driven culture. You will work with Health Care Compliance, Legal, Communications, and business leaders to ensure clear expectations and effective uptake. You will lead a team, measure training impact, and steer change management for evolving requirements. This position places you at the heart of risk-informed decision-making across multiple European, Middle East, and Africa markets. You will help shape a compliant, accountable, and ethical organization. Responsibilities and Duties Design and oversee regional compliance training strategies and curricula Develop clear compliance communications to reinforce expectations Align policies and training with evolving regulatory requirements Measure training effectiveness through metrics and assessments Manage and develop a team and/or matrixed resources Oversee change management and communication for new/updated requirements Support audits, inspections,



and internal reviews related to policies and training Present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, or related discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, anti‐bribery/anti‐corruption, third‐party risk, or related field Strong understanding of anti‐corruption, Health Care compliance, and third‐party risk management frameworks Proven ability to lead operational teams in fast‐paced environments Strong analytical skills to interpret risk factors and make decisions Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders across levels and countries Fluency in English; additional market‐specific languages preferred Benefits Annual premio Vacation days Parental leave 12 weeks Bereavement leave Caregiver leave Volunteer leave #J-18808-Ljbffr
