Powered By Possibility We are hiring an: Interim Senior General Finance Specialist About the Role This is a 12-month interim position supporting Watlow's Italian finance operations. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and bringing structure in a dynamic environment. You will work hands‐on across a broad range of finance activities,



helping to stabilise and improve finance operations while supporting local compliance requirements and Oracle ERP processes. Working closely with our Shared Service Center (SSC), you will act as a key link between local teams, SSC, and corporate functions, ensuring issues are resolved, processes are improved, and responsibilities are clearly defined. What You'll Do Support and stabilise day‐to‐day finance operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and local compliance activities Act as the key local finance contact for topics requiring coordination between the business, SSC, and corporate functions Investigate and resolve operational issues related to Oracle ERP, e‐invoicing, VAT processing, finance master data, and transactional processes Review finance processes, identify root causes of recurring issues, and drive practical solutions across functions Support Italian complian
