We are recruiting a Data Operations Assistant for a direct hiring within an international client operating in a highly structured and excellent professional environment. The contract is full-time for 12 months with potential for permanent placement. The role is based in Lugano.Responsibilities
- Review and validate CRM account and contact records
- Identify and complete missing or inconsistent information
- Reconcile discrepancies across multiple datasets
- Update and maintain accurate records in the system
- Remove duplicate entries using CRM tools
- Merge overlapping or duplicated profiles

Qualifications
- Education and experience
- Secondary school diploma or university degree
- Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or data‐related roles
- Experience in data cleaning or data management is considered an advantage




- Technical skills
- Proficiency with standard office tools (spreadsheets, databases, file systems)
- Strong focus on data accuracy and consistency
- Ability to compare and cross-check information across datasets
- Basic analytical skills to identify patterns and discrepancies
