ENCO is a well-established consultancy and trusted partner in EU-funded research and innovation projects, renowned for its expertise in the strategic design and implementation of communication, dissemination and exploitation strategies aimed at ensuring the visibility and sustainability of project results.
In view of staff expansion, ENCO is currently seeking one Communication & Dissemination Manager , to be involved in the implementation of our Horizon Europe and PRIMA R&I; projects.
The selected individual will be tasked with designing and executing effective communication strategies, creating high-quality content, managing digital presence, and coordinating dissemination activities to promote the outcomes of the assigned projects. Working with companies, universities and research centres from all over Europe, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to swiftly grasp complex technical information, translate it into compelling narratives for diverse audiences, and manage multiple communication workstreams within dynamic international consortia.
Responsibilities




- Developing and implementing communication and dissemination strategies for R&I; projects
- Creating high-quality, engaging content including articles, newsletters, promotional materials (brochures, posters, presentations) and project reports
- Coordinating all communication activities across the project lifecycle
- Managing digital presence on project websites and social media platforms
- Developing and maintaining project and corporate websites
- Planning, managing and monitoring project events (workshops, meetings, conferences)
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with international project partners, ensuring consistent and fluid communication flows
- Writing project deliverables and contributing to periodic reporting to the European Commission

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Communication, Humanities, Social Sciences, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of proven experience in commun
