Experteer Overview In this role you will own the end-to-end deployment of first-time automation technologies across Amazon's fulfillment network. You'll lead cross-functional alignment, build scalable deployment frameworks, and mentor junior engineers. Your work enables rapid, global rollouts while reducing risk and increasing consistency. This is a high-impact role that combines robotics, deployment process design, and multi-region execution to drive operational efficiency at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and own the end-to-end deployment strategy for new automation technologies where processes are not yet established Lead cross-functional alignment with vendors, site operations, and regional stakeholders, advising on technical trade-offs Develop scalable deployment mechanisms, frameworks,



and tooling to standardize deployment across the organization Resolve complex deployment problems across multiple domains and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams Mentor and develop junior deployment engineers and promote engineering best practices Evaluate and deploy large-scale automation technologies (conveyance, sortation, robotics) across countries and building types Automate and optimize deployment processes to reduce waste and create predictable paths Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field Experience leading end-to-end automation deployment projects and defining strategies for new technologies Subject matter expertise in more than one technical domain (e.g., robotics + deployment design, automation hardware + infrastructure, or conveyance + sortation) Ability to influence multiple teams and advise senior leadership on strategy and trade-offs Proven track record building scalable mechanisms, frameworks, or tooling Experience mentoring engineers Strong written communication for technical narratives and strategic documents Willingne
