Experteer Overview In this role you will drive service sales for Hitachi Energy in the North-East Italy region, cultivating long-term customer relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver value across the service portfolio. You will visit customers regularly to ensure service delivery and satisfaction, while shaping local service strategies and leading or supporting marketing and product launches. You will work in a fast-paced environment to meet revenue, gross margin, and SLA targets, contributing to Hitachi Energy's safety, integrity, and sustainability culture. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and implement local service sales strategies for the service portfolio Meet or exceed targets for orders, GM%, response time,



and customer satisfaction Forecast sales using SFDC and improve data quality Negotiate major contracts to secure service order volume Identify new business opportunities and service sales leads from IB potential Collaborate with account managers and segment managers to pursue leads Build long-term customer relationships with key decision-makers Ensure SLA delivery and address customer satisfaction issues Support marketing activities, events, and product launches Align with local stakeholders to share information on IB data, leads, and market trends Promote Hitachi Energy HSE and Sustainability culture with clients Responsabilità Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Demonstrable experience in service sales including IB management Strong customer relationship skills Proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products Experience in the energy sector Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness and ability to travel to North-East Italy 2-3 days per week Requisiti fondamentali Incentive plan Lunch ticket or canteen Health insurance Pension fund Flexible working hours Hybrid work model #J-18808-Ljbffr
