The Electrical Superintendent will contribute to reach maximum availability/reliability of the electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment and installations in the plant by performing the appropriate corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance actions at the lowest optimum cost and in compliance with environmental, health & safety regulations. Responsibilities Oversee the installation, maintenance,
and repair of electrical systems in buildings and construction projects Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to develop and implement electrical plans and timelines Schedule, coordinate, and supervise all onsite electrical subcontractors for cement projects Plan, assign, and coordinate project work with various electrical subcontractors to ensure continuous project workflow Work closely with electricians and other team members to achieve project goals Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure efficient execution of electrical projects Ensure that electrical work meets quality standards and safety regulations Monitor progress, address any issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track Guarantee compliance with safety and environment policies for
