Overview Experteer Overview As a Digital IC Design Senior Engineer in Marvell's Connectivity team, you drive high-speed RTL design for data-center and optical applications. You'll collaborate with multiple disciplines to bring designs from RTL to mass production, shaping advanced Ser Des and DSP technologies. This role offers ownership over challenging blocks and impact across tapeout quality and product readiness. You will work in an international, collaborative environment and contribute to Marvell's leadership in data infrastructure. Responsibilities Develop and verify RTL blocks for high-speed connectivity devices (DSP, FEC, Ser Des, gearbox) Perform circuit analysis and functional simulations to assess performance, area, and power Apply Marvell design methodologies for synthesis, STA, and DFT Debug and resolve moderately complex design issues with independent judgment Collaborate with Physical Design, Verification,
and Product Engineering to ensure tapeout quality Participate in design reviews and project meetings Document technical results and share knowledge within the team Mentor and support junior engineers on project tasks and methodologies Qualifications Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or Bachelor's with 1–3 years of experience Digital RTL design experience (System Verilog / Verilog / VHDL) Experience with EDA tools for synthesis, STA, and simulation (Synopsys, Cadence) Familiarity with functional verification methodologies and DFT Ability to work in Linux and use scripting languages (Python, Perl, Tcl) Solid understanding of digital circuit fundamentals Benefits competitive compensation great benefits inclusive, collaborative environment opportunity to grow and develop #J-18808-Ljbffr
