Experteer Overview In this role you will advance ESG research and integration within the investment process at Generali Asset Management. You will develop sector, theme, and company analyses, define sustainability risk methodologies, and manage ESG scores and solutions. You will collaborate with data and governance teams to ensure accurate, transparent ESG insights for Portfolio Managers and clients. This role offers the chance to influence investment decisions through rigorous ESG science and stakeholder engagement, in a cross‐functional, global context. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop ESG sectoral and thematic research and company analyses; define sustainability risk assessment methodology and manage ESG scores and ratings. Build quantitative models and frameworks for ESG integration into investment processes. Monitor ESG risks, trends, regulatory developments, and industry initiatives continuously. Present ESG research findings to clients and demonstrate thought leadership.



Support Portfolio Managers in investing decisions with ESG insights; help tailor ESG strategies to portfolios. Contribute to ESG engagement discussions and impact investing themes. Collaborate with ESG Data team to improve data collection methods for accuracy and legitimacy. Work with the ESG Governance team to maintain internal research documentation and project files. Responsabilità Master in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business or related Sustainability field 4-6 years of experience in similar roles (top consulting or asset management) 2-4 years of quantitative experience in asset management, investment bank, or brokerage, preferably in ESG investing Fluency in English; second language (Italian or French) a plus Knowledge of ESG ratings, net‐zero, international ESG and climate initiatives Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (TCFD, CDP, PRI) Analytical, IT and quantitative skills; programming knowledge (Python, R, Matlab, Java, SQL, Power BI) Experience with Bloomberg, Fact Set,
