Experteer Overview In this role you lead electrical harness integration on rail projects, ensuring timely, compliant electrical deliveries for each baseline. You'll develop the EHI technical competency within the team and coordinate with multi-site stakeholders to align harness design with project goals. You work to deliver high-quality, fully integrated electrical packages while applying standard processes. This is a hands‐on leadership role in a global organization solving real‐world mobility challenges. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage harness installation resources and activities on the project Ensure electrical deliveries meet project baselines and schedule Develop and strengthen EHI technical competency within the team Deliver 3 D harness models from mechanical integration and oversee EHI QCD Oversee subcontracting activities (definition, monitoring, acceptance)



Maintain configuration management for all deliverables Apply metier rules and processes to harness design workload Capture and reuse Ro E from previous projects to avoid missing learnings Coordinate with central teams for tools deployment and cross-site sharing Responsabilità Total experience 5+ years Electronic / electrotechnical / electro‐mechanical engineering knowledge Electrical CAD experience (at least 3 years) Experience in activity and team management (at least 2 years) Fluent in English and local site language Railway experience a plus Industrial and manufacturing perspective to understand internal clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
