About Us Generative Bionics is a deep‐tech company building humanoid robot platforms to deploy human‐centered Physical AI. We design intelligent, capable machines that work alongside people in real‐world environments — developed in Genova, Italy. Role We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of company facilities and infrastructure. The role requires a balanced approach between strategic coordination and hands‐on execution, ensuring that all work environments meet high standards in terms of functionality, safety, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee the day‐to‐day management and maintenance of company facilities, including offices, systems, and infrastructure Plan, coordinate, and supervise refurbishment, renovation, and space optimization projects Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency Monitor and control facility‐related budgets and expenditures Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety,
and environmental regulations Support the continuous improvement of workplace standards and operational processes Act as the main point of contact for all facility‐related matters across the organization Requirements Proven experience in facility management, infrastructure management, or a related field Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and space management Experience in vendor management and project coordination Strong organizational and problem‐solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and proactive manner Good communication and stakeholder management skills Good/very good command of English (both written and spoken) Availability to travel nationally and internationally is expected Experience in dynamic or multi‐site environments Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance frameworks Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings We O
