Pubblicato il 21-08-2026 - Experteer Italy in ItaliaOverview Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the sourcing lifecycle for Accessories & Controls, aligning with commodity strategy and supplier relationships to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery. You will interface with internal teams and GE Aerospace Sourcing, applying policy and best practices to drive value across the supply base. You will tackle cost reduction initiatives, spend analysis, and regulatory-compliant contract negotiations, while maintaining integrity and cross-functional collaboration. This is an opportunity to influence supplier performance and shape procurement strategy in a global aerospace environment. Responsibilities Manage the sourcing process from requirements evaluation to PO placement Define SRM matrix for Accessories & Controls in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing and Casting Technical Expert Support strategy and robustness for the goods within the commodity Build and maintain relationships with GE Aerospace Sourcing Team Perform spend analysis aligned with Operational Plan and Strategy goals Apply cost and price analysis techniques with supporting organizations Negotiate POs and contracts in compliance with regulations Balance tactical execution with strategic cost-reduction initiatives Collaborate with Supplier Quality and Procurement teams to meet OTD, span, delinquency, and vendor recovery goals Qualifications Engineering Bachelor's degree Proven experience in Quality and/or Engineering and/or Program Management/Sourcing Effective written and oral communication Ability to manage multiple priorities SAP MRP knowledge MS Office proficiency Motivation, proactivity, customer orientation, autonomy Fluent in Italian and English Work Visa required Benefits Lavoro da remoto and work-life balance Flexible benefits platform GE Aviation share plan Life and injury insurance Private medical cover Employee assistance program #J-18808-Ljbffr
