Overview Experteer Overview As Sales Manager for our Commercial HVAC Controls and Flow Solutions, you will champion technical products while driving commercial success. You will support account teams with expert demonstrations, Translate technical features into business value, and shape solutions with engineering and product teams. You'll translate market insights into roadmap input, influence go-to-market strategies, and represent the business at industry events. This role combines customer engagement with strategic product alignment to grow revenue in a sustainability-focused portfolio. Retribuzione / Benefits Serve as product expert for Controls and Flow Solutions, supporting Account Executives during customer engagements Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting commercial benefits Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to tailor customer solutions Participate in account planning and share market, product, and application insights Act as interface between commercial and technical teams,



balancing requirements with feasibility Gather Voice of Customer feedback and translate into product development priorities Support go-to-market strategies and product positioning with Product Management/Marketing Contribute to revenue growth and market penetration objectives Lead stakeholder reviews on product performance, market developments, and priorities Represent the business at industry events, workshops, and conferences Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging HVAC technologies Responsabilità Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline 3-5 years in Application Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Sales, or similar roles Professional fluency in German and English Strong HVAC industry experience, including controls, sensors, refrigeration, or heat pump systems Ability to communicate with both engineering and commercial stakeholders Strong presentation and customer engagement skill
