Experteer Overview As Scientific Affairs Manager for Italy, you will lead medical and scientific initiatives for MC4R pathway diseases within Rhythm's Medical Affairs. You'll build peer‐to‐peer relationships with KEEs, support advisory boards, and drive compliant scientific exchange to inform strategic plans. You will collaborate with international teams to implement medical projects and ensure high standards of scientific integrity. This role places you at the center of pre‐launch and launch activities, shaping medical strategy and education. You will work from a home office with up to 50% travel, contributing to patient care and outcomes through scientific leadership.
Retribuzione / Benefits Serve as SAM for Italy within the international Medical Affairs team
Be subject‐matter expert for MC4R pathway diseases and indications
Develop and implement integrated strategic and tactical medical plans
Organize local advisory boards and KEE meetings to gather insights
Provide medical support for local strategy execution
Build and maintain peer‐to‐peer relationships with external experts for education
Oversee medical projects with clinical partners and research networks
Identify stakeholders and inform future clinical developments; contribute to pre‐launch and launch activities
Develop and implement scientific communication plans and compliant medical information materials
Identify knowledge gaps and organize non‐promotional scientific presentations
Participate in local medical and cross‐functional projects; ensure compliant communication
Establish genetic testing initiatives with HCPs and obesity networks
Support commercial team with knowledge on efficacy and safety including AE/PV reporting
Contribute to multidisciplinary patient care programs and referral pathways
Communicate medical insights from KEEs to inform strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for aligned execution and CRM documentation
Respond to unsolicited medical information requests with fair‐balance
