Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to spearhead new business development in the discrete manufacturing sector . This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology,



enabling you to engage credibly with business and application stakeholders within manufacturing organizations.
You will lead the sales strategy for a full-stack solution that combines HPE NonStop Compute Server infrastructure , platform management, optional hosting, and a Smart Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application layer. This solution integrates with ERP systems and suppliers to drive efficiency, quality, digital twin capabilities, and paperless factory operations , aligned with Industry 4.0 initiatives .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for manufacturing solutions
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities within discrete manufacturing companies in these regions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position our solution effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ISV partner abat to design and deliver integrated MES solutions.
