What You’ll Do
ENOVIS seeks a Sales Territory Manager for Emilia Romagna and Toscana in the Recovery Sciences Division.
- Manage and grow your own client portfolio, building solid and lasting relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification, to commercial proposal presentation, through to negotiation and order closing.
- Actively source new business opportunities across the assigned territory through direct prospecting, referrals, and networking activities.
- Develop the commercial network by acquiring new clients, with a particular focus on the physiotherapy channel.
- Continuously monitor the sales pipeline to ensure achievement of assigned targets and development goals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Take part in events, trade fairs, and promotional/training initiatives, also as a lead‑generation tool.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the electromedical sector or the physiotherapy channel.
- Preferred:



an already established client portfolio.
- Proven ability in managing the sales cycle and sourcing new opportunities.
- Strong goal orientation and excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong aptitude for teamwork.
- Willingness to travel within the Italian territory.
- Knowledge of English.
