Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HSEQ Manager role based in Milan. The HSEQ Manager will design, implement, and continuously improve Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality management systems in line with local regulations, company policies, and international standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting workplace risk assessments, coordinating safety inspections and audits, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions. The role involves developing HSEQ procedures, maintaining documentation and reporting, and supporting incident and accident investigations to identify root causes and drive sustainable improvements. The HSEQ Manager will collaborate with operational teams and leadership, provide training and coaching on HSEQ topics, analyze performance indicators, and prepare regular reports and recommendations to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS), with the ability to implement and maintain effective HSEQ management systems.




- Solid understanding of Occupational Health practices, including risk assessment, prevention measures, and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Proven experience in Accident Investigation, including root cause analysis, documentation, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Ability to design and deliver effective Training programs on HSEQ topics for diverse audiences across the organization.
- Good knowledge of Italian HSEQ regulations and applicable international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001) is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
