About the role
As a commercial sales representative at BERNER, you will develop business in your assigned region, provide personalized consulting to customers, support omnichannel initiatives, and work toward sales targets under the supervision of the commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Develop business in the assigned region by regularly visiting customers and offering personalized consulting.
- Contribute to the strengthening of omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with e‑commerce and inside sales teams.
- Work toward sales objectives defined with commercial supervision.

Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in sales.
- High‑school diploma and driving licence.
- Determination, ability to view refusals as challenges,



and ambition to grow professionally.
- Willingness to undergo training and collaborate with a District Manager.
