Behind every exceptional retail space, there is an exceptional Project Manager.
As Tracto continues to grow, we are looking for a Freelance Project Manager (VAT registered) to join our network and support the delivery of high-end retail, showroom, hospitality, and commercial interior projects.
We are seeking a professional who can bridge the gap between architects’ vision and flawless execution, coordinating clients, suppliers, craftsmen, and project teams with precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Define and manage project timelines
• Coordinate project activities from planning to final delivery
• Monitor project deliverables, quality standards, and budgets
• Provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Coach and support project team members throughout project execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time,



within scope, and to the highest standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and project management
• Experience in retail, showroom, hospitality, or interior fit-out projects
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
Based in Emilia-Romagna, Italy
