Experteer Overview In this role you translate shopper data into actionable guidance to grow category opportunities across Out of Home channels. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to shape consumer experiences and commercial performance through insights-driven strategies. You'll tackle shopper motivations and channel dynamics, contributing to innovative POS concepts and omnichannel activation. This is a dynamic, international environment where your analyses directly inform category development and sales decisions. Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze shopper behavior and market data to uncover channel-/customer-specific growth opportunities across indirect (wholesalers) and direct (bars/restaurants/hotels, travel retail) channels Support definition of guidelines for retail mix elements in OOH, including POS materials and permanent displays Contribute to assortment development and Nutella Recipe OOH projects Develop innovative POS experiences and explore category management, merchandising solutions,

and pre-store/in-store tech adoption Contribute to customer development strategies and expand category knowledge in established and emerging OOH opportunities Design and execute research plans to understand shopper decision-making and channel dynamics Support Category Management projects with data collection, analysis, and sharing activities Enhance organizational data knowledge and translate analyses into clear, actionable insights for Sales and other stakeholders Responsabilità Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field Experience in Marketing or Trade & Shopper Marketing Advanced analytical capabilities with large datasets Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word Ability to interpret complex information and identify trends Familiarity with multiple markets and cultural contexts Experience in FMCG is a plus Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Fluency in Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali Base salary per CCNL Industria
