The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and strategic evolution of the product catalogue, while actively supporting the development and execution of Product Collections.
Responsibilities
To ensure catalogue data accuracy and consistency across Chromateca and digital tools, acting as the key point of contact across departments;
To manage catalogue maintenance projects, monitor milestones, and prepare status updates and reporting for management;
To maintain up-to-date NPD dashboards and pipeline visibility, supporting Portfolio Rationale and China Block with reliable data;




To optimize and support the evolution of the Shade and Benchmark Libraries as strategic tools;
To provide insights on formula performances and participate in monthly market analysis to identify catalogue gaps.
Cross-functional Coordination
To coordinate with internal functions (R&D; / Industrialization) to anticipate risks and constraints;
To ensure alignment across teams on catalogue and product updates;
To manage the integration of client and prospection developments, ensuring consistency and avoiding duplication.
Product Collection – Project Support & Coordination
Brief creation, system input, and tool updates/comments;
Coordination of development activities and tracking progress until project closure;
Support for product collections from concept to finalization, ensuring alignment with catalogue strategy.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Background in C
