About The Job
The role designed for you:
In the role of Demand Planning Specialist, you will build and manage demand forecasting models by combining internal inputs and external market factors. You will align stakeholders, improve forecast accuracy, and monitor performance vs. plan, acting as the key link with Supply Chain to manage priorities and issues at an European level.
- You will develop and maintain Forecasting models, based on statistical FCT and incorporating internal (e. g. new product launches, pricing actions & marketing campaigns) and external intelligence (e. g. market trends, macroeconomics)
- You will manage the demand forecasting process, coordinating the contribution of all internal stakeholders, mainly Sales Area Managers, Business Development / Product Managers & Supply Chain
- You will develop projections and saturation analysis (middle term actions)
- You will contribute to develop production forecast and logistic forecast
- You will develop 12 rolling demand plan which becomes basis for Operating plan and Financial projection
- You will improve demand forecasting practices, forecast accuracy and tools
- You will consolidate feedback, challenging them to ensure the consistency and aiming for wide consensus over the demand forecast
- You will
