Job Description Define and implement the commercial strategy across domestic and international markets; Lead and develop the sales organisations dedicated to the Italian and Export markets; Ensure the achievement of sales targets and effective management of the commercial budget; Develop strategic relationships with key customers, distributors and international partners; Identify new business opportunities,



distribution channels and growth markets; Manage major commercial negotiations and support the Group's competitive positioning. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; At least ten years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership roles within B2B industrial environments; Proven track record in managing international businesses and leading structured sales organisations; Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth; Excellent negotiation and leadership skills; Fluent English; proficiency in a second language would be considered an advantage.
