Backed by a leading financial investor and engaged in a significant growth journey through both organic development and acquisitions, the Group is strengthening its presence in international markets while further enhancing its managerial organization.
Job Description Define and implement the commercial strategy across domestic and international markets;
Lead and develop the sales organisations dedicated to the Italian and Export markets;
Ensure the achievement of sales targets and effective management of the commercial budget;
Develop strategic relationships with key customers, distributors and international partners;
Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels and growth markets;
Manage major commercial negotiations and support the Group's competitive positioning.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field;
At least ten years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership roles within B2B industrial environments;
Proven track record in managing international businesses and leading structured sales organisations;
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
Fluent English; proficiency in a second language would be considered an advantage.
