On behalf of our Client, a leading multinational company specializing in high-performance solutions for industrial applications, we are seeking a:
Head of Industry & Speciality Sales – Italy (m/f)
As Head of Industry & Speciality Sales (m/f), you will be responsible for leading the Industry & Speciality Sales organization across Italy, driving sustainable business growth, commercial excellence and digital transformation. As a key member of the Italian Leadership Team, you will play a strategic role in shaping the commercial direction of the business while developing a high-performing sales organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Industry & Speciality business, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Drive the evolution of the company’s portfolio from a technical product offering to a solution-driven value proposition, delivering integrated solutions aligned with customers’ operational and business needs.
- Lead, coach and develop the national sales organization,
fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
- Drive sales growth, profitability and market share, with full accountability for commercial performance and P&L.;
- Promote a consultative, value-based sales approach, strengthening relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the development of emerging markets and sustainable solutions.
- Lead the adoption of digital sales tools, CRM systems and data-driven decision-making to improve commercial effectiveness and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations and international functions to ensure alignment across business initiatives.
- Support talent development, succession planning and continuous capability building within the sales organization.
