Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and operations of Gruppo Immobiliare Premiere Srl.
This full-time, on-site position in Milan involves driving business development, cultivating client relationships, and overseeing high-impact real estate advisory projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, guiding bespoke investment strategies,
and collaborating on marketing and sales initiatives that support brand positioning. The Co-Founder will work closely with partners and team members to maintain high service standards, establish strategic partnerships, and ensure sustainable growth. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, investment opportunities, and financial models.
Excellent Communication abilities for client interaction, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
Proven Sales experience, particularly in real estate or investment services, with a focus on high-value clients.
Research capabilities to gather and interpret data on Italian and international real estate markets.
Experience in real estate advisory, wealth management, or related fields, preferably in a leadership or founding role.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian or additional languages is an advantage.
