Research Assistant in Data Analysis

We are currently hiring for a new position as a Research Fellow within the BE READY NOW project, here at the Dep. of Diagnostics and Public Health team within the University of Verona.
The Researcher will carry out the following activities (translated from the official Italian job description):
• Monitor project progress, providing strategic oversight of research activities and ensuring that project milestones and results are met in accordance with established timelines and contractual requirements;
• Prepare, collect, and submit study documentation to Ethics Committees and competent authorities, including subsequent amendments and periodic reports;
• Monitor clinical trials in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), the protocol, and applicable regulations;
• Verify the proper conduct of research activities at enrolling centers;
• Control the quality, completeness, and accuracy of data collected in CRFs/eCRFs;
• Manage and update essential study documentation (e.g., Trial Master File and Investigator Site File);
• Support the initiation, conduct,



and closure of clinical trials;
• Verify the proper management of informed consent and ethical and regulatory documentation;
• Preparation and management of documentation for submission to Ethics Committees and competent authorities;
• Conducting in-person and remote monitoring visits, including the preparation of related reports;
• Monitoring the correct application of laboratory procedures and alignment with study protocols;
• Verification of documentation and support for research groups during internal and external audits;
• Administrative support for agreements and research-related financial documentation.

a) Master’s or single-cycle degree [obtained pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, letter n), Ministerial Decree No. 270 of October 22, 2004], obtained no more than six years prior to the deadline
