We’re looking for an experienced Product Experience Designer to join our multidisciplinary team in Milan. If you have a strong industrial design portfolio, a passion for innovation, and the ability to balance visionary thinking with pragmatic execution, we’d love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead advanced, research-driven product experience design projects;
- Prototype innovative experiences for consumer electronic appliances;
- Explore emerging materials, manufacturing technologies, and interaction solutions;
- Scout new technologies and build relationships with suppliers across Europe and Asia;
- Define cross-category product experience strategies and design guidelines;
- Develop functional prototypes integrating new materials and interactive technologies;
- Collaborate with researchers,
product planners, hardware and software engineers, model makers, and external design agencies.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Product Design, UX Design, Material Design, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in product design within leading consumer electronics, mobility, or home-related companies;
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating successful products from concept to market;
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, prototyping, and model making;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhinoceros, KeyShot, and Figma;
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within international organizations;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a hands-on and innovative mindset;
- Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus;
- Willingness to travel across Europe and Asia; valid driving licence required.
