The Finance Business Partner will work at country level and will report to Head of Finance Italy, within the Southern Europe Finance team.
He/she will support the P&L; monthly planning & forecasting process and business decisions taking through value-adding financial analyses.
It is essential that the candidate has good communication skills in order to be able to operate effectively in a challenging environment, as well as the capability of creating strong cross-functional relationships, combined with leadership, proactivity, learning agility, resilience and very strong commitment to meet deadlines and finalize the execution of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L; management: Planning and forecasting of Net Sales, Advertising & Promotions and Overheads lines
- Partnering with Marketing team in business decisions to match the proper Brand contribution
- Partnering with Comex team to better shape reports, analysis and areas of improvement
- Partnering with Supply chain to match financial targets in P&L;
- Supporting the Finance Hub team in Month End Closure activities
