Let’s Talk About The Role
The Bushings Sales Manager will lead the commercial growth of our bushing portfolio for transformers, generators, and substation applications across the European market.
You will act as the primary commercial lead, building deep relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with local sales teams to drive new business. By defining market-entry strategies and leading the end-to-end sales process—from initial specification through to contract closure—you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional value to our customers and expanding our market presence.

- Driving growth by deploying strategic market-entry plans and meeting order intake and gross margin targets.
- Leading the “spec-in” and “spec-out” process to influence customer specifications and secure product qualifica
