To further strengthen our digital service capabilities, we are looking for a Digital Service Engineer - Homogenizers, based in Parma.
In this role, you will leverage your industrial expertise to monitor and analyze machine behavior, support customers remotely, and actively contribute to the evolution of our digital service offerings.
This position offers the opportunity to combine hands-on engineering knowledge with modern digital tools, working in an international environment to deliver real impact on machine performance, reliability, and sustainability.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable operation of connected homogenizers through proactive monitoring and performance optimization
- Analyze critical incidents and identify root causes to improve machine reliability
- Translate machine and process expertise into scalable digital solutions (monitoring concepts, diagnostic logic, data-driven features)
- Contribute to digital product improvement through data-driven insights
- Collaborate with service engineers, product teams, and data specialists
- Develop best practices (troubleshooting, diagnostics, knowledge base) to scale expertise
- Support internal teams and customers in using digital tools for proactive maintenance
