We are recruiting a professional to join our M&A; Tax Team in Bologna , who will be involved in:
- Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc.);
- Corporate restructuring;
- Analyses of the treatment of extraordinary transactions according to national accounting standards (OIC) and international ones (IAS/IFRS);
- National and international tax opinions;
- Applications for tax rulings;
- Preparation of corporate income tax returns ( Modello Unico and Modello IRAP ).
Requirements
To be our ideal candidate,
you must:
- Up to 2 years of professional experience at International Law Firms (Big Four or Advisory Firms);
- Master’s Degree in Economics or Law, with a final grade of more than 100⁄110 ;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills;
- Good organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability;
- Flexibility and dynamism.
Desired Characteristics
- Master’s degree in Tax Law.
