Supply Chain Services Manager South EMEA (Sales)

Role Overview
In collaboration with sales teams, you will take the full suite of Arrow's supply chain services, applying a growth mindset and consultative selling approach to both traditional and non-traditional customers. By targeting VP-level+ decision-makers independently of the sales team, you will differentiate Arrow from competitors, driving sales, margin and fee growth and a leading share of TAM. You will report to the EMEA Supply Chain Solutions Director.
Differentiated / Integrated Supply Chain Solutions
Build detailed knowledge of Arrow's high‐end supply chain services portfolio.
Use consultative questioning techniques to isolate customer pain points and create bespoke solutions.




Demonstrate benefits with quantitative and qualitative analysis, increasing Arrow's share of the customer's wallet.
Collaborate with sales teams, using whitespace analysis to spotlight high‐potential customers.
Build strategies to connect with customer influencers and decision‐makers.
Ensure solution designs meet Arrow's financial objectives and thresholds.
Maintain implemented solutions, handing them off to Sales and Business Process Excellence teams.
Supply Chain‐as‐a‐Service
In some cases, charge a consulting fee to customers who cannot immediately increase billing relationships.
Own the sales funnel for Arrow's fee‐for‐service portfolio, including in‐house semiconductor programming, long‐term inventory solutions, turnkey manufacturing, supply chain control tower, and critical buffer stocks.

Become a subject‐matter expert for all Arrow solutions, managing the f
