Role Purpose This role exists to support the Head of Finance and Operations, ensuring accurate and timely valuations of the assets held in the fund's portfolio. The Senior Analyst is responsible for the in-depth analysis of investments, assessing the value and performance of assets, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring all valuations comply with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.
The role is fundamental in providing reliable and detailed information to support the fund's strategic and operational decision‐making processes, contributing to maintaining financial integrity and transparency for investors. In addition, the Senior Analyst works closely with various company teams to facilitate audit and valuation processes, actively participating in the preparation of periodic reports and presenting results to the Head of Finance and Operations and/or other senior manager of the Company.
Role Key Accountability: Valuation Performing independent valuation analysis of a given company/asset issuer, encompassing all the valuation process (data gathering, business and corporate strategy assessment, valuation modelling).
Assist in applying valuation methodologies, including market approach (e.g., multiples, industry benchmarks), income approach (e.g., DCF, DDM), and replacement cost approach.
