Job Description Hill International provides program, project, and construction management services for clients in a range of sectors undertaking major construction projects across the world. For more information on Hill, please visit our website at Responsibilities Design & Engineering Phase Review specified appropriate materials (metals, coatings, composites) for process fluids, pressure, temperature, and corrosion conditions. Ensure material and corrosion design complies with international codes (ASME, ISO, API) and company specifications. Fabrication, Construction & Installation Phase Review and approve vendor documents, material certificates (MTCs), and welding procedures (WPS/PQR). Monitor coating application, insulation, and corrosion monitoring installations.
Conduct site inspections and audits to verify material quality and corrosion control measures. Support QA/QC team during FATs and SATs. Operation & Maintenance Phase Analyze corrosion monitoring data (e.Support RBI (Risk‑Based Inspection) and integrity assessment programs. Investigate material failures and perform root cause analysis. Qualifications Strong knowledge of materials science, metallurgy, corrosion mechanisms. Experience in offshore/onshore oil & gas environments. Familiarity with corrosion modeling software (e.Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Engineering from an accredited university. 10 years of work experience in the relevant discipline after earning the BSc degree. Excellent spoken and written English, including proven ability to write specifications and reports. #
