We are currently seeking an EMEA Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy
The Technical Product Manager – Thermal Chain is responsible for owning and shaping the end-to-end thermal solution across the full lifecycle, from architectural definition and engineering feasibility to market enablement and adoption. This role is critical in ensuring technical coherence, performance visibility, and alignment across product lines, regions, and business units, while enabling sales, solutions architects,
and marketing teams to successfully position and sell integrated thermal solutions.
What kind of work will you be doing?
Define and maintain engineering-level product and solution specifications, primarily but not limited to technology cooling systems.
Make engineering-level preliminary evaluations at thermal chain solutions level.
Sustain deep technical conversations at thermal chain level across the full thermal chain.
Contribute to make/buy decisions, platform strategies, and roadmap technical alignment across BUs.
Bring working knowledge of HVAC control logic, software-enabled features, and coding concepts (PLC logic, BMS integration, algorithms preferred) to shape SOO to meet customer needs.
Navigate and interpret Revit models and 3D layouts and draft preliminary solutions.
Make single-line diagrams for preliminary solution proposals.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for technical sales and solutions architects, especially during earl
