From our Milan office, our Sales and Account Management teams drive growth by acquiring new partners and helping them succeed on our platform. We are open to a wide range of seniority levels — from people at the beginning of their career looking to grow in sales or account management, to experienced professionals who have built strong expertise and are ready to make an impact. Your role in this journey Sales Identify and reach out to vacation rental owners (primarily via cold calling). Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Travel within your region to meet partners and gain market insights. Account Management Be the main point of contact for hosts using our platform in Italy Northwest. Analyze account performance and implement data-driven improvements. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Content, etc.) Organize networking and community events for hosts. Your backpack is filled with Strong interest in Sales and/or Account Management. Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Near-native Italian
