- Completed vocational training in the hotel or gastronomy sector
- Several years of professional experience
- Leadership ability
- Meticulous and dedicated work ethic
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Language skills: English, Italian, other foreign languages are a plus
- Knowledge of Micros
