We’re currently looking for a Project Development Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italy.
Manage the process of securing land rights for wind, PV, and BESS projects to allow for planning, permitting, construction, operation, and maintenance.
Manage expropriation procedures: if necessary, handle public expropriation procedures to secure project land rights.
Data management: Ensure that land agreements and landowner information are entered, stored, and regularly updated in Metlen’s monitoring tool.
Keep landowners informed throughout all project phases, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
